Good service, the only system indicated a half hour til pick up they gave me the courtesy of a phone call to make sure I was aware it would be ready earlier

I absolutely love this new on line ordering. It’s so simple to do. Always great food. Never had a bad meal from here. You can’t please everyone but for my money I won’t order from anywhere else. Life long customer.

The food is always perfectly cooked with superbly fresh meat and vegetables, I mean EVERY time, yummy!!, the delivery is always very quick, even with very big orders usually in under an hour. And the prices are really incredible.
As I've seen (and FELT) other take out/delivery places like pizza parlours have their prices SHOOT UP during this period of high inflation, wayyyyy past the actual increases which makes me not order there if they are price gouging.
But none of that here. Prices have gone up a bit, but unlike other places, they haven't slashed the portions of meat as I've also seen at restaurants across the board.

Terrible experience.
Ordered supper online for delivery at 3:30pm on a Thursday afternoon and received confirmation it would be delivered by 4:30 pm. I called twice at 4:35 and 4:40 pm. First time no answer and second time connected and told they were busy and about to Start cooking order. I canceled as my son had to
Work at 5pm.
Disappointed. I don’t believe they even checked online orders.

The meal was fair the fried rice had very little turkey in it, the chow mein was as expected and the ribs were enjoyed.
The order was placed for pickup at 5,:15 but wasn’t ready til 5:35,
It sounds like a bit of a downer review, but I’m sure they were just off their game today, have enjoyed the meals previously and will have no hesitation ordering from them again.
